Q: How long will shipping take?

A: All orders are sent with a tracking number via the USPS, usually within a week. Upon being shipped domestic, american orders will arrive in about 1 week. International orders will take 2.5-3 weeks. Holidays will prolong shipping. Decals from The Decal Lab™ typically ship out within 2-3 business days after payment. During extremely busy times throughout the year, decals may take additional time to ship.

Q: What about shipping for decals?

A: All standard orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail within two to four business days. Tracking numbers are usually not available for shipments by The Decal Lab™ and will be provided to customers at our convenience.  Transit time for domestic shipments is usually 3-5 business days, but can take a bit longer. International orders are usually in transit for one to two weeks, or up to a month, depending on distance from The Decal Lab™ in California, or processing by foreign Customs. Please make sure the mailing address you provide is correct and complete when you check out, INCLUDING YOUR PAYPAL SHIPPING ADDRESS.  If an order needs to be resent because the address provided by the customer was incorrect, a fee may apply.

Q: My case arrived broken, can you help me?

A: Of course! Email me a picture of your broken case within one week of receiving it and I will help you.

Q: Will I have to pay customs fees on my international order?

A: Orders shipped outside of the US will almost always be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when they arrive. Unfortunately, LOOTIFUL has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs laws and fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. Also, because this is a retail store, I am NOT able to mark orders as 'Gifts' or 'Commercial Samples' for customers to avoid paying these fees.

Q: Can I have a refund?

A: You may receive a refund only if I have not yet shipped your case (shipped once a week usually), or if you return the mint-condition case with it’s unopened plastic wrapping. I am not responsible for return shipping costs or damage to the case made by return shipping.

Q: What about decal returns or exchanges?

A: Decals from The Decal Lab™ should be inspected prior to application. If there is an error or problem with your decal, we will replace the item if you contact us within 1 week or receiving it. If the item is damaged, you MUST EMAIL A PICTURE. Please reference your order number.

Returns/refunds for orders where there is no error or problem may be considered. If a refund is granted, a restocking fee may be withheld from the refund amount.  Shipping fees will not be refunded and return shipping will be paid for and arranged by the customer.

Q: Do you sell wholesale lots? Can I become a Reseller?

A: Yes! A first time wholesale order starts at 25 units. Inquire with an email to see our price list.

Q: Can I have a free case to review on Youtube?

A: Sorry, but I get this question daily. You must have a legitimate blog or other venue to qualify.

Q: Anything else I should know?

A: I am a freelance designer and this business began as a project of mine. For the most part, I am the only person who runs this business and fund it. If you have a special request or any other question, please contact me!
